First off, great picture and composition between the trees with the setting sun adding a pink to the sky. It goes well with the intense green.

On the Hapsburg... Perhaps the "finest" of the fake "Czech style" Absinth brands. It's a macerated mix, with a vodka base..not actual absinthe. I guess you knew that already with the clever title you gave it Absynthe, synthetic absinthe. I'm not sure everyone will get it, but I did. I like that word so much I'm gonna steal it and use it myself.

I'm a member of the Wormwood Society, and a fellow member made a list of places that serve quality absinthe in England. Always help a fellow drunk I say.

London:
Soho Wine.
Gerry's.
Vintage House.
Bar Nightjar, London: probably the biggest and best range in the UK. Served the classic way and in several amazing cocktails!
Purl, London.
Brompton Bar and Grill, London
Montgomery Place, London
Worship Street Whistling Shop
Dach and Sons
Zetter Town House

Outside London:
The Larderhouse, Bournemouth
Haus Bar, Bristol
12a Cambridge
Bond No. 9, Edinburgh.
The Moorings Bar, Aberdeen.
